Estimated expenses for all teachers, accompanying adults, and student observers invited by the South Central South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair to attend the
63rd ISEF in Pittsburg, PA from May 13th-18th, 2012.

Airline tickets will vary. Tours usually run $75.00 to $135.00 each. Most people will usually take in 1-2 tours. (This depends on whether you are a teacher, finalist or student observer.)

Costs have been overestimated on a worst-case basis. Best-case estimates are two hundred dollars less per person. Feel free to share this sheet with your students and all interested parties. Should your students be among the winners or alternate winners, then you, these same students, and their parents if available will be asked to stay for a photography session and an additional twenty minutes after teardown so that I may explain the course of events leading up to international competition.
