South Dakota students from grades 6 -12 may enter the South Central South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair (located at the star) if and only if they reside within the following counties designated by the International Science and Engineering Fair: Bon Homme, McCook, Miner, Hutchinson, Davison, Hanson, Sanborn, Jerauld, Aurora, Buffalo, Gregory, Brule, Charles Mix, Douglas, Todd County, Tripp, Lyman, Mellette, and Hughes.
