Judges arrive at Dakota Wesleyan’s Christen
Family Recreation/Wellness Center. Pick up nametags and packets
at registration table. Continental breakfast provided in
room CWC101. 9

Dr. Michael Farney/Jody Strand meet with all judges
in room CWC101. 9:15
– 11:30 a.m.
First round of judging. Students and
advisers are excluded from the project area until noon. 11:30
a.m. – Noon:
Lunch
provided for judges in room CWC 101. Noon
– 2:30 p.m.
Second round of judging – ALL
PARTICIPANTS MUST STAND BY THEIR PROJECTS FOR INTERVIEWS. (Only
student participants and judges allowed in project area.) 12:15

Fair Director/Assistant Director meet
with all teachers in Knox Conference Room of Rollins Campus Center. 2
- 5 p.m.
Exhibits are open to the public. 3:30 p.m. Presentation of awards in Christen Family Recreation/Wellness Center. 5 p.m. The Grand Awards are presented, after which judges and participants are dismissed. The exception is grand award winners, the alternates, and their teachers, who will meet to discuss attendance at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in San Jose, CA in room CWC102.An information desk will be maintained in the lobby of the Christen Family Recreation/Wellness Center throughout the day for the convenience of participants and teachers. |
