7:00 a.m. Doors open for project set-up. Student advisors should obtain packets at the registration table. Students must remain in the Gym until receiving approval from the Display & Safety Committee. All projects must be ready for inspection no later than 8:15 a.m. 8:00 a.m.
Display and Safety Committee
begins inspecting projects. Students whose projects have been
approved are to leave the project area until interviews at Noon. 8:30
a.m.
Judges meet in Dakota Wesleyan’s
Christen Family Wellness Center. 9:15
– 11:30 a.m.
First Round of Judging. Students and
advisors are excluded from the project area until Noon. Lunch on your
own. Noon
– 2:30 p.m.
Second round of judging – ALL
PARTICIPANTS MUST STAND BY THEIR PROJECTS FOR INTERVIEWS. (Only
student participants and judges allowed in project area.) 12:15
p.m.
Fair Director meets will all
teachers/advisors in Knox Conference Room of Rollins Campus Center. 2:00
p.m. Projects put on public display.
Students should remain in the project area to answer any questions.
THE EXHIBITS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM 2:00 PM UNTIL 5:00 PM. 3:30
p.m. Presentation
of awards in Christen Family Recreation/Wellness Center. An information table will be maintained in the Lobby of the Christen Family Wellness Center throughout the day for the convenience of participants and advisors. |
